AppGallery subscription: what has changed

Moneon has been removed from sale in AppGallery: if Huawei charges you for a renewal, Premium will not be extended by that charge. So cancel auto-renewal, and if you have already been charged, write to us.

Cancel auto-renewal in AppGallery

This matters most: it stops Huawei from charging you for renewals. Cancelling does not take away the Premium you already have.

AppGallery → “Me” section → your profile photo at the top → Account Center → “Payments and purchases” → “Subscriptions” → Moneon → “Cancel subscription”.

If you were charged and Premium disappeared or was not extended

Email us at support@moneon.co from the address of your Moneon account and we will restore your access manually. If you have a screenshot of the subscription screen in AppGallery, please attach it — that shows us your paid period right away.

When your paid period ends

Write to us and we will suggest an option that works in your country. Buying Premium inside the AppGallery build is no longer possible.

Your data and history in the app stay intact.
