What to do if your data isn't syncing

Your data is stored on our server and isn't lost, even if the app temporarily stops syncing. Here's what you can try yourself.

Important: until syncing is restored, don't sign out, delete, or reinstall the app. Signing out clears the local data on your device and replaces it with the data from the server — anything you added after the last successful sync may be lost.

1. Start syncing manually. Open the side menu and tap the sync button. The app has no pull-to-refresh gesture — syncing is started with this button.

2. Check your connection. Switch your network (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data), turn your VPN off — or on. An unstable network or regional restrictions can block syncing.

3. Check date & time. On iPhone: Settings → General → Date & Time → turn on "Set Automatically". An incorrect clock prevents a secure connection to the server.

4. Switch the connection server (iOS app only, recent versions). If sign-in or syncing fails, tap "Can't connect?" on the login screen, or open Settings → "Connection server" in the app and try the other option.

If none of this helps, send us a report and we'll help restore syncing personally:
